Hi there! 
I am Mikkel — a complete unknown. Not in Copenhagen where I live, but in the global landscape of visionary, award-winning art direction. Not a blank slate, of course. An almost famous. 
Nonetheless, a conceptual art director at heart — and a rather worthy one, if I do say so myself. I’m at my best in the early stages — shaping concepts that carry across platforms and formats without losing their edge. 
I have a genuine affection for design and like to stay close to the visual side — making sure ideas don’t just live in our beloved creative cloud, but actually survive in the wild.

Working mainly with larger corporate brands, e.g. Novo Nordisk, Grundfos and Healthcare Danmark, I am lead creative responsible for creating and executing concepts, campaigns and events. 
2016 - 2023 
Art director and graphic designer at Charter Five
Working with smaller companies and start-ups, I helped create new brands from scratch or give existing brands a revival.
